[Resolved]  Xiaomi India — Warranty Claim Redmi note 10 pro. Front camera not working

Using Redmi note 10Pro from 29, may2021. After miui 14 upgrade front camera stopped working totally.It was perfectly before.Went to nearest service center. they are saying they have guidelines that it can be repaired i[censored]nder 2 year. they are asking 11000 INR. What's my mistake its only 2 year 2 months. So now if a user upgrade his phone after 2 year 2 months then their phone can be damaged? Xiaomi can care about those people who are under 2 year warranty. not for 2 year 2 months? I have seen another person in twitter for the same case 2 year 3 months old phone also covered under warranty. I have his job sheet also. then why I will not be considered for the same case.Many people facing the same issue.In the mean time on 25th july I had a chat with customer care representative of XIAOMI. he clearly told me even my phone is 2 year old I will get warranty till this September. But when I showed this to service center they are clearly denying the chat.WHOM SHOULD WE TRUST NOW? XIAOMI ONLINE CHAT? XIAOMI? OR SERVICE CENTER? Please solve XIAOMI INDIA .attaching my job sheet and that other person's job sheet.

I AM RAISING MY VOICE ON BEHALF OF ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE FACING THE SAME ISSUE CAUSED BY XIAOMI SOFTWARE UPGRADE. ALL PHONE SHOULD BE REPAIRED BY SERVICE CENTER FREE OF COST. Please resolve this issue
