Mi — refund of cancelled product not received

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka, 413515

I ordered Redmi 6 Pro Black (4GB+64GB) on 2018/10/19 at 18:29 from mi app and paid the money through my Gpay (Google Pay) and my order id is:[protected], but because of long delay in the delivery of the product I cancelled it on 10/12/2018.
After that I called to to mi care so many times
(With following Complaint Nos:

3. WOIN[protected]
4. WOIN[protected]
)

they kept telling me that the refund is successful even I shared my bank statement to show that the refund is not deposited in my account.

Even I personally messaged the complaint though twitter to the MD (Manu Kumar Jain) of the Mi Company but no reply.
