Mi — wrong delivery address taken by the system | |||
Hi, i had bought a Mi TV 43'' from Mi store (App), My default address was "Mangalore" (Default address means it should take the same address if i am ordering any product) but it took my other address in "Bangalore". Soon after ordering the product i noticed my Delivery address is wrong and had an online chat with the customer care where he said he has no access to change the address. But since it was their system fault he said he will change the address in this case (i have attached the proof where he said this). The Product was still delivering to Bangalore itself and this time i called customer care and she told that my product is delivering to "Mangalore", later that afternoon i got a call from Delivery agent (Courier: XpressBees) in Bangalore for delivery and i refused to accept it. On calling Mi customer care they told they cannot help me with this. I have sent E-Mails for which there are no Replies and they are not so prompt with giving a solution to customer. The main problem here was customer care were lying just to get away from this issue. This is not a proper way of handling a company and very poor service. Was this information helpful? | |||
