Michelin India — car tyre flat in running

Inspite of repeated mails and following the recommended procedures michelin is failed to resolve my issue the newly buyed car tyre went flat in running which haven't covered 1000 km too. Dissopointed with performance and customer services approach and irresponsibility we will meet leagally for sure in consumer forum.
Though it is france based company and the tyre is made in thialand we indians are not fool that you will commit unbelievable tyre performance and quality and we will not ask even a single question yhe company. I have already regestered complaint against the company me and my lawyer were just waiting for your authorised claim report and thankfully you have given the rejection report both authority and company will have to pay for it. While claim settlement the authority don't even thought of the tyre thread depth!!!
If not just go to youtube and check advertises and commitments of the michelin tyres
