Michelin India — primacy suv instead of ltx force

Hi,
I went to change tyres on 12/31 to the dealer whose details are provided below. The issue i currently have is that i asked them to put the ltx force model for my xuv500. The guy who was reviewing the prices from price list read the price of ltx force and i thought he is indeed putting the ltx force tyres on my vehicle. To my surprise he put the primacy suv. This is not the model i asked for. I revisited the dealer the next day and he somehow tried to convince me that he always mentioned primacy suv and not ltx force. Beyond a point, it was useless to argue with the dealer. Such dealers should be punished by the michelin india team. I am not happy with primacy suv since it gives lot of noise while driving.
