Michelin India — Product is in warranty but Claim have rejected

I have brought Two Michelin tyres from Amazon online shopping having the Dealer Premji Motors Pvt. Ltd. Near Kapurwadi, Thane, Maharashtra. My tyres have manufacture defect of Chipping/chunking both tyres are in warranty period but the company has rejected the claim due to non manufacture defect. For one week I have contacted to customer care team but they have not accepted my claim. They are not ready for replacement on the basis of depriciation. I have received a negative response from the Michelin company and dealer. due to this reason, I have complained in this section.
