[Resolved]  Micromax A250 Turbo — Faulty handset and pathetic service from the company

Dear All, I had purchased new handset in Jan 2014 from flipkart.Due to operating issue, my handset was replaced within 15 days. In September 2014, Touch pad of handset was not working. When I submitted my handset to service center. After one month Service center told me "we are sending your mobile to factory for replacement as the part is n& it will take 20 days more". Mr.vikash Pande (employee of micromax) don't even attend the phone calls of the customer. Last two weeks Micromax toll free number [protected] not working. The product and service is pathetic.
