[Resolved] Micromax — Against service center for not repairing the cellphone | |
I, Arun Dhingra buy a product of the company i.e. Micromax – MAD A94 (Grey, Invoice Date[protected] through FLIPKART, but after 3 months the display has gone then I submit the same in the Service Center: M/s Vashi Telecom, Shop No.-G182, Haware Fantasia Business Park, Plot No. 47, Sector No. 30 A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai- 400703 (Phone no. [protected]), With Job sheet no. is “W[protected]” on 05/09/2014, and they ask me to wait for a week and today is almost 30 days completed and I am facing lots of problem without phone. Every day I called them and they said to me that the parts of your phone is not coming from the company.

I don’t know what’s going on and if these kinds of services you provide to your customer so you were not able to survive in the market.
