[Resolved] Micromax — Against the service center | |
Sir,
I bought one micromax bolt A47 from a local retailer (OMH mobiles, wandoor, malppuram(district), kerala)IMEI:[protected] and ([protected])on 30.07.2014.
on the 7th day of its using raised a problem, that the phone cannot call or message anyone and cannot receive the calls and messages the network bar shows an empty.
then I returned it to the retailer and he set it for warranty service to Palakkad service center, I received my handset nearly after 20days but it's complaint wasn't over.
then I show it to the Calicut service center.they said the problem that for motherboard and nearly after 10 days they replaced the motherboard.
but now, after 6 days it is found on the same problem(no calls and messages in or out, it shows a message when I insert any SIM card"can't connect to the selected network").
the reality is that I used the handset only 2weeks till today(15.09.2014)
