my job sheet number is N[protected] dt 22/8/15 . when we call your help line no [protected] today morning and ask the status of this job sheet he told me you go in service center and collect the battery but when we go in service center your service center told me your battery are not received yet in this case what we can do . your service center every time interested in create new job sheet my problem is still pending till date my phone is dead from 14/8/15 i am also spend money 200 in call your help line number and mentally & physically haresment due to your micromax company . I purchased P480 tab in august 2015 month. The battery is draining immediately after full of charge. This problem starts on first day itself. I am not satisfied this product. It is ideal now and waste of my money. So that your co. reputation has come down. I request you please replace the tab immediately. Kindly reply me.
