Micromax Canvas A110 — Battery | |||
I had purchased a Micromax Canvas 2 A110 in Nov'13. After 1 1/2 year the battery was dropping gave to Service centre at Vile Parle for repair. Paid 850 for a new battery. warranty was 6 mths. after 4 months same problem was faced at the Parle Service Centre has closed down(told by an employee that it has shifted to Santacruz, Hi Life Mall) gave to to the service centre again, on 22/8/15, but Sorry to say that after getting a call from Micromax Service Centre after nearly 40 days I reached the service centre at Santacruz and then I was told that the phone was being searched by the staff saying that we did not call you, please tell me the name of the staff who called you. I was shocked to know that the phone was still laying at the santacruz service centre without anything being done and I am being asked whether I submitted my phone with battery and they have to check the CCTV footage of the day the phone was submitted whether the battery was given or not. If yes, from the footage then they will order the battery and I have to wait for another 10-15 days. Is this the services we get from such a company? What trust can we have with this company again?
