I have purchased a Micromax Phone By Online by flipcart, after 15 days I feel a problem not by on data connection by scroll down., i have many complaint in customer care after more time he says plz submit your device in Micromax Care in REWARI.when I go to Rewari for Device submitted then Care owner says this is not our service these are service pick and door and just talk to customer care person then I got a new story, I knew that my complaint register wrong he registered complaint that my hands free Is not working, i totally shocked.i asked why this happening she says I am responsible so now registered right complaint, then I follow up by last 02 months by email but he is not answering there .I want registered a complaint regarding this.please take needful action
