[Resolved]  Micromax — canvas unite 2 not detecting sim

Bought a brand new canvas unite 2 for my family member but the sim is not getting detected. Went to your customer care but they didnt promise a return date. Can't wait for months without any confirmation. Its hardly a month since I bought it and I haven't been able to use it even for a single day. What am I supposed to do????
