Sir, I am very much disappointed to inform you about my sufferings by purchasing a new micromax canvas xpress mobile phone. I have purchased new micromax canvas xpress mobile phone online on first week September, 2015. (No. [protected]/62; Model [protected]) After 10 days there was a complaint with the phone. Battery is not charging . I have lodged a complaint with you. It was instructed to contact with the nearest service centre. On 29.9.2015 I had given my set to Trissur (Kerala) service centre. (No.[protected]. After that I have contacted the center so many times. Since the date I have not returned the set. Please return me a working set otherwise it will make somany sufferings to me.
