Micromax Cg666 (W) — Phone not returned by call Centre | |||
I am Mehul Boradia and I fail to understand how Micromax functions. It's now nearly 2 months and I am struggling to get my phone back from the service Centre. The phone was bought in April 2015 and within a month it started showing problem. The phone is absolutely basic and there are no smart phone features When I went to service Centre I was been attended by the senior named Miss Pallavi, who promised that the motherboard will be replaced and will handover the phone in Max 25 days. But it's more than 56 days. The jobsheet no is W[protected]. The members at service Centre are useless they laugh at the customers if they raise there voice for complains. Also the contact no provided are always switched off. Finally I got in touch with west head Mrs Shadad contact no [protected]. He promised to get back in 2 days time but now it's more than a week and no reply. Its very said that the company advertises with huge budgets and the service is failure Need solutions ASAP. Awaiting the feedback from the company. Post the complaint, i received a call from Mr Anuj ([protected]) and he promised to get back in days time with solutions and i had given him all the details pertaining to the purchase . There was no reply so after 2 days I again called to know the status. Anuj promised to refund back the money with other charges incurred towards service centre.
Also they were working out compensation. Finally its again back to square as the Anuj has kept his phone in switched off mode.
If there is no action taken in next 24 hours, i am sorry but will file and harassment case against the company.
