[Resolved] Micromax — cheated by customer support at ganesh nagar rapid communication | |||
Dear sir, i have bought micromax X328 a feature phone on 29/7/2014 from rakesh electronics & mobile centre tin no. [protected] west sagar pur ND -46 . it is covered in 12 month warranty from date of purchasing . after one month it i s not working properly it is getting automatically switch off. i had contacted micromax care at ganesh nagar they accept my phone for 1 week and give me phone after servicing proble still presisted i complaint again then they give me phone and said come tommorow they service my phone again and problem still remaininig they return my phone without seal and said it would take one month for service this phone i bring back my phone for giving my phone to other service centre then other micromax service centre ask me for seal when i told that i would not get any seal from previous service centre they tell me to go back to previous service centre . i went their and asked him for my phone seal is broken by you and you have to repair my phone they told me we would not accept your phone and we had not repair your phonee earlier. they also collected my phone jobsheet so that i cant complaint against him.
