Micromax Check Point — Camera of smartphone not functioning after servicing | |||
Dear Sir, I am Mehraj Makhdoomi from Srinagar Kashmir. I am one of frequent user and admirer of Micromax product and have been using different smart phones of Micromax since last three years. Besides this I also want to switch over to other Micromax products like LED etc. But since last two days I got annoyed and disappointed with the service center and so called after sale service policy of the company. To be precise about my grievance, Some one month back the touch screen of my HD Canvas A116 generated some snag due to which I walked into Srinagar based authorized service center on[protected] at 1430 Hrs. The person present on the reception/counter after checking my phone conveyed that the touch screen needed replacement. But on the same he told me that sometime servicing of the phone rectified such type of problems so he opened up my cell phone and handed over it back to me after getting some servicing done. Though the servicing did not rectify my cell phones problem so I walked out of the service center without doing any further course of action there. Some half an hour after returning from service center I found that the rear camera of my cell phone had generated some problem and it was unable to click clear pictures as it used to before undergoing through above said servicing. Today I reported back to service center with my grievance but they turned down my plea on this context that I have got no proof to prove that my camera was functional before going through servicing. I know that I have got no proof to prove my word, but speaking before man and God this is the only truth that my phone had no other problem except that of touch pad before walking into service center. Dear Sir, I believe that this would be injustice with me if I am made to suffer only because I am speaking truth and that I have got no proof to prove that. I would request your august self to kindly intervene so that I may not feel dis-appointed from the India’s No.1 company and its customer care/friendly policy. I am looking forward to hear from you soon so that my belief and trust in Micromax does not end here.
