[Resolved]  Micromax — complaint against micromax canvas doodle a111 (complaint lodged at Dept of Consumer Affairs, ref no. is DOCAF/E/2015/00345)

Updated by vishalnarang2000 update this issue urgently. service centre committed 7-10 days however ur customer care is letting me know 30 days. what is this going on? how can u keep customer's phone for a month in pretext of repairing? Is any of the part u r changing or what? If yes, is that part coming from some other planet because of which u require 30 days. Kindly resolve the same, else i would be forced to approach other consumer affair platforms. Have already lodged a complaint at department of consumer affairs today ie. on 15th april 15.

Grievance Description : PURCHASED A MICROMAX MOBILE PHONE ONLINE FROM AMAZON.IN ON 8TH MAY 2014. TILL DATE IN A SPAN OF 11 MONTHS THIS PHONE BECAME NON FUNCTIONAL FOR FOUR TIMES. AT PRESENT THE PHONE IS AGAIN AT SERVICE CENTRE. MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE SITUATED AT OLD DELHI ROAD NEAR BUS STAND GURGAON HAS KEPT MY PHONE AND CONVEYED THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED IN 7 DAYS AS PHONE WILL BE SENT TO MICROMAX COMPANY FOR REPAIR. I SPOKE TO MICROMAX CUSTOMER CARE TODAY IE ON 15TH APR 2015 AT AROUND 1110 HRS. I HAD A WORD WITH MISS SHOBHA. SHE SAID IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 30 DAYS FOR COMPLETE REPAIR. REFERENCE NO GIVEN BY HER WAS MMX[protected]. THE ISSUE IS PROCESS.COM.ANDROID HAS STOPPED UNFORTUNATELY. THIS COMPANY MICROMAX IS BEFOOLING CUSTOMER AS THEY ARE SELLING DEFECTIVE SETS.
