PURCHASED A MICROMAX MOBILE PHONE ONLINE FROM AMAZON.IN ON 8TH MAY 2014. TILL DATE IN A SPAN OF 11 MONTHS THIS PHONE BECAME NON FUNCTIONAL FOR FOUR TIMES. AT PRESENT THE PHONE IS AGAIN AT SERVICE CENTRE. MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE SITUATED AT OLD DELHI ROAD NEAR BUS STAND GURGAON HAS KEPT MY PHONE AND CONVEYED THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED IN 7 DAYS AS PHONE WILL BE SENT TO MICROMAX COMPANY FOR REPAIR. I SPOKE TO MICROMAX CUSTOMER CARE TODAY IE ON 15TH APR 2015 AT AROUND 1110 HRS. I HAD A WORD WITH MISS SHOBHA. SHE SAID IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 30 DAYS FOR COMPLETE REPAIR. REFERENCE NO GIVEN BY HER WAS MMX[protected]. THE ISSUE IS PROCESS.COM.ANDROID HAS STOPPED UNFORTUNATELY. YOUR COMPANY MICROMAX IS BEFOOLING CUSTOMER AS THEY ARE SELLING DEFECTIVE SETS. PLS RAISE THIS WITH CONCERNED MICROMAX DIVISION. IMEI NO. IS [protected] / [protected] AND INVOICE IS CARRYING REFERENCE NO.
