Micromax — Complaint against service center and share my experience

I had submitted my handfree at the delight services sadipur on 09/05/2014 but till now there is no updation about it from the service center . And between 2 months i had 4 time visited on the service center but they always said that we ordered the handfree it will take time 4 to 5 days. Please look into this matter it would be batter if you take prompt action otherwise I have to go to the consumer court regarding this matter. Now about my experience i had 4 times visited there but there is no arrangement to attending customers and they have lack of staff so that's why there is a lot of rush they have to improved their service quality otherwise they have to closed the service center.
