[Resolved] Micromax — defect in unite 2 smart phone | |||
I have purchased unite 2 on 24th June 2014 and after six day but I could not approach to service station due to some reasons then I went to service center at gandhinagar, I informed branch manager that display of the phone is gone it self and its not working. He told me that he need to replace display of that phone and I need submit phone for 28 days and when they repaired it they will inform me with call but didn't do that so I went again to center and I asked for my phone. He told that yes your phone is repaired. Then he brought my phone and when he tried to swith on, phone was actually not working same problem was there. So they are trying make fool the customer then he told me that they have send that phone to company and I agree with him. He sent but he was not sure about time. He told that time period is not decided by company. I have already submit complaints to micromax my complaint number is MMX[protected] I received message about it on 05/08/2014 and promised me that my complaint will solve in 20 days but there is no result till today micromax service is very poor.
