[Resolved] Micromax — Defect smart phone purchased on 12.06.14 | |||
I myself Mrs. Sohini Debnath purchased a Micromax canvas Doodle 3 on 12.06.14 from M/S S.M Telecom, Thakurpukur, Kolkata-700063. With in one month of time the phone is having a battery problem as it is not switching on. My husband Mr. Amit Debnath took it to Sun Infosolutions, 17 Ganesh Chandra Avenue. They could't able to fixed the problem as the problem still persists. I went to your Gaja Park service centre they gave without doing anything even after holding 10 days appox. I am very depressed a company like Micromax can't have this type of post sale service. one more thing you have to strict with your selling agent regarding their post sale service as they were behaving that they don't have any responsibility. But they must as they are sharing the profit.Kindly do the needful asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
