[Resolved] Micromax — Delay in Servicing | |||
Sir/ Madam I have purchased Micromax A089 model Handset with in 3 months it is had problem with camera, immediately i went to Micromax check point in Coimbatore they said it will take 10 to 15 days. After 15 days i went to collect my phone back, again i am checked their itself it is having power on/off pcb problem, i informed to service person simply they said give me back we will check and rectifying the problem and they said for solve this problem it will take another 10 15 days if board problem means it will take 25 days. I am buying a mobile for my use not for service center use this makes me so tense really this kind of poor servicing how you are going to satisfying a customer. So please kindly take necessary initiative to solve this type problems and kindly give good solution for my problem. SIR I HAVE DEPOSIT MY PHONE ON 14 SEPTEMBER 2014 DUE TO TOUCH PROBLEM IN MY PHONE AT LAXMI NAGAR MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE. THEY TOLD ME TO COME AFTER 15 DAYS. NOW FOUR AND HALF MONTHS ARE PASSED I HAVENT GOT MY PHONE YET EVERYTIME I VISIT THERE THEY TOLD ME TO LOOKAFTER 15 DAYS.
