[Resolved] Micromax — Device is not working | |
After one month from the date of purchase, the device was not working. We have given to your micromax customercare center at cochin. The address of your cusotmer care details at cochin is as follows:- M/s exclusive care, Usnaz tower, m.G.Road, Opp.Medical trust hospital, Cochin - 682016 Barcode details of my complaint is : s[protected] What they told me is they want send the device to your delhi office. When i enquired today about my device, they are not even responding properly and they said they need more days and cut the phone without giving me proper answer. This is totally frustrated me. We are not expecting such response from micromax. I was without phone for the last one month. I need a favourable reply within two days. Was this information helpful? | |
