[Resolved] Micromax — Did not get my phone back from service center | |||
Respected sir, I purchased a micromax canvas juice A177 on 19th may 2014 but on 29th june it got damaged. I gave it in Micromax service center named M/S PEARL SYSTEM at 4 NO DEBIGARH SODEPUR ROAD MADYAMGRAM on 30th june 2014. My job sheet number E[protected]. They told me that they should repair my mobile within 10 days but now 19 days over. I called there 2times they told that the mobile has not yet been repaired and gave me some stupid excuses. And now they do not answer my call. I Complain it on micromax customer care also. The complaint no is [protected]. Please help me to get me out of this problem. I don't know when they will give it to me. This is in warranty period. They neither repair my phone nor exchagne it. This is my humble request to help me. I want to get my mobile back. For the poor quality of phone and service center I can't use my new phone. Micromax service center is the worst service center. Was this information helpful? | |||

Micromax service centre and the company will never listen to customer's problem. All they know is manufacturing faulty handset and then not servicing them. I am also strugling and trying to get rid of canvas hd that i brought last year but these n there service centre is denying to resolve the issue
