Micromax — earphone replace essue

Dear sir. I m just student of enginering and i m still studying in geetanjali institute of techinical studies dabok udaipur. I buy a cell phone from udaipur company is maicromax and model no is A069 bolt. After some time my earphone is not work properly. Than i was going to care and reqvest to replace it.he is write my complaine and he say after 10day u come and we gave new earphne. Now 25day ago i m not got my ear phone and my cell is now in warrenty Dear sir plz solve the problem.
