Micromax — Fake warranty | |||
Dear sir, recently on dated jun03, 15 i had purchased one mobile set model micromax Q-380 from online shopping snapdeal.as per micromax warranty period is one year for mobile & 6 month for battery. phone battery has failed within 2 month & i went to micromax service centre(perfect solution, kalka ji) & they refused to replace battery under warranty . they told me that you have overcharged battery, due to this battery has expanded.They don''t accept their manufacturing fault & charged me 1260rs for this in built battery replacement.kindly help me on above .
