[Resolved] Micromax — Faulty Cell Phone A350-lying at service centre for over a month | |||
Hi, I bought a Micromax A350 in October 2014, it worked fine until 20th of February 2015 when it suddenly stopped working and went dead. I gave it to Service centre in Shadipur- M/s The Delight Services, Plot no.34, Metro Pillar no.232, Near Shadipur Metro Station, New Delhi-110008. I got the phone back on 9th March 2015, after long wait of 20 days. The phone got started, but there was no network coming, the service centre guys suggested me to get my Sim replaced from the Service provider, I got the same done and still no network. I finally gave the phone back to the same service centre on 21st of March 2015 via Jobsheet no, N[protected]. Its been about 25 days since, and still the service centre guys have the audacity to tell me to wait for another 10 days before I could get my phone back. I want to understand Is the company not capable of repairing their own phone within the guarantee period? Do they understand that a consumer's phone which is lying at the service centre is of no use to us and the problem it causes due to lack of it.
