Micromax — Handset shuts down automatically | |||
Bought a Micromax Doodle A111 on 9th September 2013. Facing shut down problems ever since it has been bought. Unable to watch U tube or browse the net continuously more than half an hour or sometimes even much less before that the mobile shuts off and restarts automatically. Took it to the Service Centre at Dombivli many times but all they do is to reset it to factory resttings and gave me the piece back. Further they claimed that it is a software issue and nothing is wrong with the mobile but my problem is still unresolved although it is almost one year now and the warranty will soon expire. I demanded a replacement when I experienced frequent shut down problems but the Service Centre people (who seem to be underage boys/girls or inexperienced) told me that it was software issue and resetting the handset will resolve the issue. I need immediate solution to my problem and another disadvantage with this mobile is that we cannnot upgrade or update the software as there is no option. Was this information helpful? | |||
