[Resolved] Micromax — Hopeless service | |||
Dear Sir My name is SOUVIK PAL. I bought a Micromax mobile on 7th june 2014.INVOICE NO 1345 from Baghajatin.Now i notice that the earphone along with the phone is not supported.Today i went to your service centre in Jadavpur.But there is nobody has time to listen my problem.After a long time one person said that before any solution i have to take token from the counter.Then when i took token they said that the time is over for receiving token and told me to come on monday. When I asked what is the timing to received the token They told 10A.M TO 4PM ON saturday.But i went there at 3.40pm.but they did not take the complain.and also their behavior is so ROUGH or roudly behavior. Now I am till now facing the problem. Now i just say 'IS THIS KIND OF SERVICE YOU ARE GIVEN TO CUSTOMER'?' This is very sham full to you. when i see your contact id i just inform you the service which you give to customer just like me.If this kind of service you give the customer after buying your product then please either close this is kind of service centre who don't know how to behavior with customer. I am very much fade up to buy your product.Hopeless service.
