Micromax Informatics — Canvas Lapbook returned without repairing | |
Hi, I have submitted my Canvas Lapbook on your authorised Service centre in Guwahati bearing the name " The Keypad"on 2/09/21 and on 4/09 after my regorus follow up they have replied that due to unavailability of parts they will not been able to repair the same and asked me to take it back. When I asked them to provide me the contact no of the Service Incharge of Micromax Mobile to discuss about my they just deny to provide the same. When I tried to find out the solution by connecting the customer care no then it's been found that your service center is not providing me the system generated document.They just provide me the manual Job Sheet. They also charged me a sum of Rs 250 in the name of inspection I also escalated all these to their corporate mail ID [protected]@inforindia.tech but no reply is coming till now Plz resolve my issue ASAP.
