[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Claim for a new handset of the same model or original cash amt return because of frequent hanging and battery drainage | |||||
Sir/madam, I, sushit moitra, had purchased a brand new micromax juice 2 aq5001 8gb (silver) on 31/8/15 from the e-commerce website snapdeal. within few months o[censored]sing the handset, i was facing the problem of battery discharge and frequent hanging. for this reason, the phone was sent to the service centre in may 2016 which was returned subsequently on june 2016. within 2 weeks of my receiving the phone, i was facing the same problem along with network failure and so it was again sent to the service centre on 9/7/16. So, practically i could hardly use the handset properly as it was in the service centre for a considerable period of time. since the phone is still in its warranty period, i would like to claim a new handset of the same model or refund of the original amount.
