Micromax Informatics — Handset not working properly after replacing now it is | |||
Respected sir/mam, I am here to register complain regarding my canvas 5e481 handset, my handset is swap (Replaced) previous time, but after swaping the handset is not working properly it has problem of heating, battery drains when it is attached to charger instead of charging, voice to the receiver is not done many times, i have visited 4 time's to service center they flash the software first time, second time they open the handset and check the internal part of the handset, third and four time they have done the same, after all today my handset is stopped working (Unable to turn on). I have doubt that the old handset was not replaced the company had change the motherboard and send it to me. Very disappointment by micromax product, i want my handset to be replaced not to be repaired any more. On 18november i have to move abroad, service center has not provided me another handset to use, previous time my handset was kept for 30-40 days. Sir please help me to replace my handset and not to be repaired any more becoz the handset was opened 4 times in this week bit, the issue was not resolved.
