Micromax Informatics — Inordinate delay and harassment by authorised micromax service center in new delhi | |||||
Sir, I made a big blunder to trust Micromax for purchasing the mobile for which I am repenting, it seems that Micromax top officials have directed their service centers to loot and cheat people. My ordeal started when I purchased Micromax Canvas 5 E481 Mobile somewhere in September, 2016 the said mobile which suffered a physical damage was deposited with authorised Service center of Micromax M/s Shri Laxmi Enterprises G-1/3A, 1st Floor, Metro Pillar No.673, Najafgarh Road, Opp Arya Smaj Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi: 110059 along with Rs. 4050/- in advance for the repair on 13.10.2016, Ever since then I have been running from post to pillar to get back my mobile but instead I am receiving threatnings from the Service Center as they are not ready to deliver my mobile. The owner of the Service Center Shri Sanjeev has been making fake excuses ever since 13.10.2016 but the outcome is zero as they are not delivering my mobile and instead trying to threaten me that if I bother them they can teach me a lesson so that I do not disturb them. Firstly I planned to inform the threatening to the local Police but I feel before I approach Police and Hon'ble Court I request the top officials if they are concerned about the reputation of the company which is their bread and butter may provide me justice, but even after making a complaint almost two day ago Ref No. SER[protected] NO ACTION IS INITIATED. 5/Oct/16 it is not properly working first visited service centre software updated but same problems date 15/11/16 2time visited they wanted time to exchange board why 15 days time what is the use new mobile job sheet no-s[protected] service's centre response also very bad
