Micromax Informatics — Malfunction of TV and Absolutely Poor Response by Service Centre Amritsar

1. We had registered a complaint on defect in TV - Sound fluctuations and Video Distortions (Product Still in Warranty) on 9th Apr for which technicians visited us on 14th Apr. However, since then no contact has been made by the Micromax Service Centre Amritsar.

2. They don't pick up phone calls and if you get lucky and they pick up call then they ask for the entire story and assure you to get back which they don't. To my utter shock, when I got through at 6.15 pm on 24th Apr, I was told to call on Monday during office hours as timings had finished at 6 pm. Also to my surprise, when I checked up from the customer care, it has come to light that they haven't updated their visit on 14th Apr in the system. This was informed by the call centre attendee.

3. The entire experience hasn't been pleasant, and the Micromax Service Centre Amritsar under Mr Arpan and his staff are careless, arrogant, negligent, inattentive, irresponsible and to sum up extremely unprofessional and it seems that they are not bothered about the customer concerns and the company's reputation.

5. It is my humble request that the matter be addressed by some one professional and settled at the earliest. At Least that's what we expect from a reputed company as MICROMAX.
