[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Micromax canvas a350 (black), no charging and battery change | |||||
I have given my micromax canvas a350 (Black) phone for above mentioned problem for repair at "m/s mobile world (Kar) (So10636), empire mall, kodialbail mangaluru. I have given this phone for repair on 10/08/2016, customer care center has promised me that my phone will be get repaired with in a week (I. E with in 17/08.2016). But when i visited after a week they have again asked for 1 more week and have not told that what is the status of my phone/work. Today (30/08/2016), it is 21st day. Is this the service you prove for your customer??? Tell me what is this? Dont you feel shame, for just a small problem you are doing like this. Hence i will never use micromax product or service.
