[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Micromax Canvas LapTab LT666W new device too much problem and very delayed service | |||||
I purchased Canvas LapTab LT666W on 17th May 2016 from Snapdeal. It was not working properly for several days and ultimately malfunctioned completely. It was given for repair to the Authorised Service Centre(ASC) in Haridwar on 21st June 2016, which was returned to me as repaired on 4th August 2016. On 5th August evening it again malfunctioned and was given back to ASC on 6th August. However, new jobsheet(document regarding receipt of device with problem) was given to me on 19th August only. Today it is 10th September and till now I have not received my device back. I got a call from Micromax on 7th September that it may take another 10 days or so for the device to be repaired. I wrote a complaint to CEO, at Gurgaon, but did not receive any reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
