I have bought Micromax Canvas 5 Lite Q462 (Brown) from Amazon (Seller HIMANSHI TRADERS ) on 23rd May 2018. I received my order by 29th May. Phone was not working properly. After full charge after making few calls phone will show low battery & than it will discharge. On charging It will not charge. Also handset has some issues of android software. Software starts crashing.
On contacting their authorized service center R & J associates (Situated at Platinam Plaza Mata Mandir road Bhopal.they said that battery is not supporting & they will replace & give new battery. They have given me new battery in one week, s time but my problem was not solved & phone still not working after full charge battery goes down immediately. Now android software has some issues.
I have sent mail communication of every development to Micromax company every time they reply that your problem will be taken care & further nothing has happened.
I want my money to be refunded because handset seems to have manufacturing defect & it is not replaceable.
Purchase amount Rs. 5200+75 delivery charges + 500 Rs. interest for the same.
