Had a issue with micromax led 32 inch tv. So raised a complaint. The next day service guys came and said need to replace the backlight and even though i have 1+2 years extended warranty they are asking for service charges. Even though v said at least get problem resolved later v can pay, but they refused just to come and see it they are charging too much. And the way they speak is terrible. I am unable to connect with micromax service center for tv. If i call them it get automatically disconnected and if i email them then it i am not getting any response. My tv is in warranty and i want to get it fixed as it is not working properly. But is there any way to contact them straight. Service center should be easily to reach out. I purchase a 42 inch led tv of micromax from flipkart on emi basis 25/12/2017. The tv comes 3 year onsite warranty. It's defect come after 4 months on screen some color full tiny parts on middle area of screen, may 2018 tv is defect.
