Had a issue with micromax led 32 inch tv. So raised a complaint. The next day service guys came and said need to replace the backlight and even though i have 1+2 years extended warranty they are asking for service charges. Even though v said at least get problem resolved later v can pay, but they refused just to come and see it they are charging too much. And the way they speak is terrible. Before even resolving the issue y do v need to pay even when it is within the warranty period

This is with reference to the repair of micromax led tv-set. I have log a complain regarding my led not working dated 22nd nov 2019 complaint id ref ors[protected] after few days micromax service few days staff visited and check and confirm that motherboard is not working. He told me tv will be repaired with in a week and he had taken a charge of 590 rs i. E service charge.
But till day i. E 18 dec 2019.. It all most one month, my tv is not repair, even i have contact many times to care and service center staff but every time his response was negative.

Yesterday i have received a message is that your complaint is closed.

I have send many mail and call to micromax team but there is no responce at all.

I purchased a smart phone on 9 dec 2018. My phone is in warranty period. Display of my phone got corrupted. Blur background is displaying. But when i reached service center at indore they were telling unwanted excuses such as your phone is being opened by someone else outside etc. After i insisted they opened phone and checked it. And now they were telling that your phones display was pressed (Screen दब गई hai). That's why the problem is occurring. Same happened with service center at dadar, mumbai. I visited there so they told someone else opened it so i told that i get it checked in service center at indore so they were telling excuses like service center will put seal on that small screws used to pack the mobile and checked and refused to repair my phone under warranty and asked for 3300 rs. To change the display. But neither my phone was opened by any one else nor my phone was fallen or any such thing happened that screen get pressed. And co. Is refusing totally to repair it under warranty circumstances.

I have purchased 43 inch uhd tv on 2017 with 1+2 warranty. I have faced panel issue within one year. So they took my old tv replaced with another tv for that they got transport and service charge. Again another 3 month same panel issue. After one month wait period they brought some 40 inch tv try to delivery. No more trusting i need amount refund.

I have bought a micromax mobile 10 months back from t nagar, saravana stores.

Phone gone dead suddenly in middle of a call, later i tried to charge but of no use.

Note - mobile dead with in guaranty period

I have directly met the micromax authorized customer care in egmore, chennai & they responded most irresponsible way by blaming the customer with lame excuse. They were not ready to listen our concerns, worst possible customer care ever.

Can some officials please look in to this issue & address my concern?

I am using this micromax e313 for the past 3.5 years. I was a happy costumer. 3 months back my sim card was not being detecting. I approached nearby (Thrissur, kerala) authorized service centre. They said it is due to software issues and they changed the software. After receiving it back i noticed that my both speakers are not working, not even headset is supporting. I informed them that day evening itself and gave it back for repair next day itself. At that time they have unnecessarily written in the job card that there is water damage, when i questioned that they told me that that is not significant and will not be of any harm for you. But now they are telling me that there is some issue with board and they are not responsible for that. I have given them a working phone and now they are telling that it's not there fault. Now it's more than 2.5 months they are keeping my phone without any reply. Iam student who cannot afford a new phone or change the board (Which is damaged due to some fault from there side). Now the new story is that they have closed the service centre at thrissur, kerala and sent the phone to nearby centre at palakkad, thrissur for repair. What the hell is going on, i don't know. Really disappointed with the service from an authorised service centre. I should have gone for some other brands instead of micromax. Please provide me with a reply and solution soon.

I purchased a 40 inch Micromax TV with invoice date 2nd November 2016 with 1+2 year extended warranty. I noticed a vertical line on TV while it is still inwarranty. The service mechanic told it is a panel problem and agreed to replace the panel, but after few a person from micromax called and said replacement request has been denied without any reason

Dear sir/madam, this is to inform you that i had purchased micromax model (A106) on 4thjuly2014 through online yeh bazzar.com and had been using it for past 4 months however recently there is a small problem with the mobile charging it was like loose contact and when i reached your service center with this problem they told me that this is not charger problem it is mother board problem. I bought a 50' led tv on 5th august 2016 model number was 50c5220mhd and registered for extended warranty and tv get installed from micromax.
In may or june 2018 there was line in mid of screen company replaced the tv with a new one the model number is 50c7550fhd
The tv has shown lining problem at bottom of the screen 26 july 2019 i reported it to micromax on 27 july 2019 with the reference number har [protected] sachin kumar assigned for checking who visited on 28 july 2019 and taken the photographs of tv and bill. I called him again on 31/07/2019and 02/08/2019 to know the status, he told me that tv will be replaced but request has been cancelled on 06/08/2019 reason was told (Bill not available). I called again to customer care same day they log another complaint with reference number har[protected]
Now customer care person telling the reason to cancel the request har [protected] that i not picked the phone although i have all the call recordings call history and sms

This is my last notice after that i will complaint in consumer court

I had given my laptop micromax lt777 to m/s v4 tech solutions (Rajgor empire, 502, 5th floor, j. V. Lane, near metro station, ghatkopar west, mumbai, mumbai, maharashtra [protected],[protected] for operating software (Windows 10) in january of 2019, and had paid the money of rs. 500 but since the software wasn't done properly i returned it the next day. After that everytime i called i got an answer saying that their employee who installs the windows is on a holiday or is out of town and after that i had to travel for 4 months. When i came back i was given the same excuse and ultimately they shut their services and now the owner mr. Ketan yadav ignores my calls and does not reply to me messages when i ask him for my laptop. If micromax does not resolve this issue i will file and f. I. R in ghatkopar against both mr. Ketan yadav of v4 tech solutions and micromax since it was micromax that gave me the contact id and suggested i visit v4 tech solutions and use their services.

My mobile handset is micromax e481 and i am suffering the problem o[censored]pdate issue... There are no update in my handset the update version is 5.1... So please send our update to improve my handset at least 6.1.. Other mobiles is theplease provide oreo version system update for micromax yu yureka black phone as we want to experience the other updates as well... So please do the needful as soon as possible... Or please tell us how to get system updates.. We know that we have to got settings and check but it shows no updates available... I bought micromax led tv in 2018. Abhi sirf ek saal hua hai or led apne aap band ho jaata hai.. Or ab chal b nahi raha... Custumor care number connect nahi hota.. I am unable to connect with micromax service center for tv. If i call them it get automatically disconnected and if i email them then it i am not getting any response. My tv is in warranty and i want to get it fixed as it is not working properly. But is there any way to contact them straight. Service center should be easily to reach out. But it is very difficult for me to connect with them. Kindly help.

My micromax ph is explode while charging, my house hold produts are distroyed while exploding. My sleeping bed is burned.. My sim is partially melt down.... I need a solution or resettilment for my lose.. If i dont get any respond from your company.. I go forward legely.. Evedence are provide. Picture of ph, burned bed.. I put the ph connected to charger and put the ph in side of the bed... I was in next room.. Suddently a bad smell is noticed in my house and i find that my ph is expold.. I shocked that the bed is started to burn... The quality of ph component is very low.. I need a compansation... Or other wise you face legal action.. Your campany is responsible for this...

I had buyed online mobile from flipkart, micromax bharat 5 pro with 1 year warranty,
In my mobile on unlocking a particular place in display its clicks automatically and any folder or file on that place opens so i visited the 2 micromax service center in mangalore they told that its a hardware problem and we do only paid service so after searching i found one micromax service center which repairs warranty mobile so i submitted mobile there after 3 days i called them because of no reply from them, now they are telling due to moisture the issue is there. Its due to rainy season
But i am not convinced because there is no chance of getting moisture because i use that mobile at my home not even get out of my home and no water even touched it. So they are just cheating me by telling moisture issue

My led monitor from micromax stopped working within a couple of months after buying. I placed a complaint on 24th june. The technician visited a couple of days later and i was told that the monitor will be replaced. Now even after more than 2 months the monitor has not been replaced even after contacting the service center time and again. Now they tell me that my replacement has been rejected.

I purchase a 42 inch led tv of micromax from flipkart on emi basis 25/12/2017. The tv comes 3 year onsite warranty. It's defect come after 4 months on screen some color full tiny parts on middle area of screen, may 2018 tv is defect.
Again tv is problem after 5 month december month 2018, and again its problem in march 2019, all time they are replace the tv and charge 826/ rupees for service charge, i ask them when its come with warranty and your tv is defective, every time same problem.
So why we pay the service charge..
Panel problem is come three time and they are replace the tv three time
I want to my money not need the tv replace. When the warranty will end my they charged big amount for repair.
So sir i want my whole money back,
