    I bought micromax 40 inches t. V on 14 april 2019 and on 8 april 2020 my t. V screen is not working. I tried to complain but the customer service did not pick up the call. And they responded to my mail on 3 june 2020. And their engineer charged money for the visit even my product was in the warranty period. I again try to reach out to the customer care but no one is responding to my mail and call.
    The service engineer asking for money every time whenever i call to their official number and keep on saying that lodge the complaint to customer care then only he will visit.

      Sir i am using micromax canvas infinity pro, it is still working on android 7.1. I didn't get any update till now. Please provide software update. And app center application also not working.

          Hi team,

          Can i know what is the status of my complaint?

          This is almost more than two months from now, and still my tv is not repaired/replaced. One service "m/s sri sai phone care center" center charged inr 700 and never turned-up.

          Now, the other authorized service center guy (Mob: [protected] or [protected]) took my tv on 20th, march 2020 and still no update on the same. Now, they say the parts are not available and repair is not possible.

          This tv is less than 2.5 years old and now your dealers are saying parts not available. What is the purpose of spending this much amount and buying a micromax product when there is no parts/services available. This is really frustrating and i want to know how my tv can be repaired/replaced.

            I did factory reset to my micromax q350. I am not sure, before resetting which version of android was running. Now when i reboot the device, after language and sim options, it asks me to select a wifi. But it is stuck in "checking connection... This can take a while", even when the same wifi is working with other devices. The select wifi and checking connection pages can't be skipped as the skip button is grayed out. Now, what to do?

                  I bought my device micromax canvas p480 an four years ago. Till my device not recieve any software update. But really all others are saying that their devices are getting software updates. But my phone doesn't receive any software update. So i requested to micromax service to send me update to my micromax device, please. I also requested to send me as fast as possible.

                    Dear concerned team,

                    I am very bed feeling after purchasing micromax led to for my home. I purchased in 2017 in dec month with 3 year warranty and after that lots of time my tv created problem. Now again my tv is not working properly this is very good plan by micromax that sold a defected piece to client with provide 3 year warranty and after 1 year collect a charge of rs 600 on every complain, in last 1.5 year i got this charge 3 time that means i paid 1800 rs for no reason now again i will paid 600 rs more against my new complain. Which means total 2400 given by me to micromax for name of service change. Which means in 3 year warranty client locked a complain for tv more than 10 time with means 6000 re taken of name of service charge. It means 60 %of actual tv cost. But question is why this type of behavior?? I paid money and you given 3 year warranty so you have e to solve my problem. Now i have taken a legal action against you for this. And you have to replace my tv because you given me defected tv. Track all my info from my registered number.
                    Now after so many problems my lcd has been replaced in sept 2019 but now after 6 month again i am facing problem with my tv. Now kindly suggest me what legal action is suitable for this condition.

                      I purchased a macbook pro tab for rs 10000. It didn't support internet.
                      So i shown it to the nearby service center.
                      He was a big fraud. He purposefully blaming the fault on the seller of the shop.
                      What nonsense what can the shop owner do.
                      Such a cheap mentality people this company service center are.
                      I scolded him nicely.
                      He told we can't service your problem and sent away.

                        I have purchase a mobile on26/10/19 when I use phone and then inserted memory card it was not working then contact service centerthen I went to repairs it will be replaced but they are s charging of rs550my
                        as mobile is under warranty i want repairment of this or replace my mobile with a new one .I visited service center in February so many times but they are not taking responsibility of broken memory card slot
                        So i want you to look into this matter as soon as possible other wise i will go to the consumer court because i am very fed up of all this

                            Had a issue with micromax led 32 inch tv. So raised a complaint. The next day service guys came and said need to replace the backlight and even though i have 1+2 years extended warranty they are asking for service charges. Even though v said at least get problem resolved later v can pay, but they refused just to come and see it they are charging too much. And the way they speak is terrible. Before even resolving the issue y do v need to pay even when it is within the warranty period

                              This is with reference to the repair of micromax led tv-set. I have log a complain regarding my led not working dated 22nd nov 2019 complaint id ref ors[protected] after few days micromax service few days staff visited and check and confirm that motherboard is not working. He told me tv will be repaired with in a week and he had taken a charge of 590 rs i. E service charge.
                              But till day i. E 18 dec 2019.. It all most one month, my tv is not repair, even i have contact many times to care and service center staff but every time his response was negative.

                              Yesterday i have received a message is that your complaint is closed.

                              I have send many mail and call to micromax team but there is no responce at all.

                                I purchased a smart phone on 9 dec 2018. My phone is in warranty period. Display of my phone got corrupted. Blur background is displaying. But when i reached service center at indore they were telling unwanted excuses such as your phone is being opened by someone else outside etc. After i insisted they opened phone and checked it. And now they were telling that your phones display was pressed (Screen दब गई hai). That's why the problem is occurring. Same happened with service center at dadar, mumbai. I visited there so they told someone else opened it so i told that i get it checked in service center at indore so they were telling excuses like service center will put seal on that small screws used to pack the mobile and checked and refused to repair my phone under warranty and asked for 3300 rs. To change the display. But neither my phone was opened by any one else nor my phone was fallen or any such thing happened that screen get pressed. And co. Is refusing totally to repair it under warranty circumstances.

                                  I have purchased 43 inch uhd tv on 2017 with 1+2 warranty. I have faced panel issue within one year. So they took my old tv replaced with another tv for that they got transport and service charge. Again another 3 month same panel issue. After one month wait period they brought some 40 inch tv try to delivery. No more trusting i need amount refund.

                                    I have bought a micromax mobile 10 months back from t nagar, saravana stores.

                                    Phone gone dead suddenly in middle of a call, later i tried to charge but of no use.

                                    Note - mobile dead with in guaranty period

                                    I have directly met the micromax authorized customer care in egmore, chennai & they responded most irresponsible way by blaming the customer with lame excuse. They were not ready to listen our concerns, worst possible customer care ever.

                                    Can some officials please look in to this issue & address my concern?

                                      I am using this micromax e313 for the past 3.5 years. I was a happy costumer. 3 months back my sim card was not being detecting. I approached nearby (Thrissur, kerala) authorized service centre. They said it is due to software issues and they changed the software. After receiving it back i noticed that my both speakers are not working, not even headset is supporting. I informed them that day evening itself and gave it back for repair next day itself. At that time they have unnecessarily written in the job card that there is water damage, when i questioned that they told me that that is not significant and will not be of any harm for you. But now they are telling me that there is some issue with board and they are not responsible for that. I have given them a working phone and now they are telling that it's not there fault. Now it's more than 2.5 months they are keeping my phone without any reply. Iam student who cannot afford a new phone or change the board (Which is damaged due to some fault from there side). Now the new story is that they have closed the service centre at thrissur, kerala and sent the phone to nearby centre at palakkad, thrissur for repair. What the hell is going on, i don't know. Really disappointed with the service from an authorised service centre. I should have gone for some other brands instead of micromax. Please provide me with a reply and solution soon.

                                        I purchased a 40 inch Micromax TV with invoice date 2nd November 2016 with 1+2 year extended warranty. I noticed a vertical line on TV while it is still inwarranty. The service mechanic told it is a panel problem and agreed to replace the panel, but after few a person from micromax called and said replacement request has been denied without any reason

                                        I called customer support on 1st november they said panel replacement request has been approved on 30 October. Recieved call from local service center on 12 the november to bring the tv along with remote . We went on 14 the November and they took our TV and gave new tv for cost of 1500 rs
