I am updating again as I want to share my experience with the company after initial complaint registered on 24/01/2021

I received a call 25/01/2021 by ZSM, who was telling he couldn't receive the call as he was driving...no comments as for my morning calls he has not answered. He told he will update by evening. But I could get the update that the spare part is dispatched only after I called him after a long wait on same day.
Again I waited for 3 days on 28th I have to call mangalore guy(mr.prashanth) to know what is the update. He tells it is received and it will be sent with local service guy only on Saturday (30/01/2021). So to travel 40+ kmts.it takes 2 days.
On Saturday morning I called local service guy, thinking because of senior citizens status he come first to my parents house. But he came only at 4 PM after finishing all the works on his way.
Everything is connected just to know some light is not working.
Again one more whole round of calls to replace the light.They told they will try one from mangalore. It came to home on 2nd of February, 2021. Again the spare part (mother board) has a problem, so they need to replace. This time the replacement reached on 4th.Just note within the matter of one day gap. Yesterday we got our TV working.

Dear, micromax please tell me in the beginning you took whole 3 wks..to replace mother board, how did you manage to get one within the matter of one day gap at the end? Why didn't you do this in the beginning.

My urge to all of you is the, do not buy micromax products.I am just waiting to dispose the product.
They are not bothered post purchase service even for senior citizens.

    Dear sir,

    Am senthilvelan from Chennai (3/31, Kavingar Kannadhasan Nagar, Ramapuram Chennai – 600089). I purchased Micromax LED Smart TV (Model No : L32TA6445HD) on 02/11/2020, PADI Chennai Branch (Invoice no: [protected]). My television Have three years warranty. At November month 25th 2020, My television was not connected and supported internet, automatic volume to be low and also single flash line will displayed on My Television. I booked Service complaint (Service Request ID 141053) on December month 2nd 2020. On service person visit my television and take complaint also on that time. That service person told like that 02nd December 2020, your television had panel issue sir, I take complaint and booked definitely it will rectify within a week. But till now not yet rectified my complaint. I wrote mail and asked service person to many times. So, kindly rectify the issue otherwise refund my billed amount. Herewith I enclosed Bill copy and tagged my service request mail also.

        We purchased a micromax led tv 32" on Nov.2019, just thinking we as Indians need to support make in india products.
        My aged parents live on their own in a village called madnoor, near mangalore, karnataka. They enjoy watching tv.
        On 10/01/2021, the tv stopped working. I made a call to micromax service center on 11/01/2021 and complaint was registered (KRT[protected])and also requested the service guys to take special care as my parents miss tv programs.
        On 12/01/2021, a service person of Micromax visited and said we need to change the board and that will take 10 days.Again same request is made to him to take spl.attention.
        As we never get an update from Micromax I called to the person in charge at mangalore on 18/01/2021, who checked the complaint no.and told the spare part is dispatched and we will receive within 3 days.
        Even after 3 days, no update from any of them.When I called them on 21/01/2021, they told they have no idea.
        Again I contacted them on 23/01/2021, just to know that, the spare part is not delivered for unknown reasons and they gave me contact no.s of ASM and ZSM of company.
        ZSM did not receive the repeated calls. ASM did receive once, but he had no time to listen to my complaint. He asked me to send the details, just not to get back.
        Now I have no idea, whom to contact and what is the status.
        My urge to all of you is tha, do not buy micromax products.
        They are not bothered post purchase service.

                  I have been charged repeatedly by network provider Rs.10 daily from main balance whenever i recharged my mobile. I am using basic keypad Micromax X749 mobile. When i complained regarding this to network customer care they told me i was charged daily for games in my Micromax mobile. I never opened the game in my mobile since it is very basic mobile. I made so much of complaints regarding this issue to network customer care but they dont have any connection with this issue. How can games in my Micromax mobile automatically charged me Rs.10 frequently even though I'm not opened it. My money is being looted by so many times by this pre installed games in my Micromax mobile. I dont know where to take this issue.

                  I still not received any email or call regarding this issue from Micromax. Because you set the pre-installed games in Micromax X749 to automatically charge from customers, i am being charged Rs.10 daily from my network service provider. They haven't noting to do with this issue. So that i am contacting you.

                  Hello Micromax informatics, still your pre loaded games in my Micromax X749 has been charged me 10rs daily. What is this non sense. I can tolerate this issue. Its two months my issue has not been resolved.

                    I purchased Micromax IN note 1 smartphone, It;s overall performance is awesome but, it takes 10 hours to fully charge from 0% to 100% . And it is very long time

                              I got cheated by a fraud online dating service provider, whom i make a payment of 11000 in behalf of dating and friendship with female but after getting the payment they denied for the service and after some time they are not responding.
                              There numbers are - [protected], [protected] & [protected].
                              I want a refund and solution for these fraudsters, so they cannot make anyone fool again.

                                  I had purchased "Micro max N11" last year. Due to Blur Camera, Charging and Cast Screen issues i had given it to Micromax service center, Bhiwani near Hansi Gate on 07/10/2020. Till today my phone is not ready. And if i want to get back my device as it is then they are demanding Rs 118 as there service charges which is not done still by them and infect this service charges that mention on job sheet as guidelines are only Rs 50, I attached it with complain you can check please.
                                  I want to write two more problems that I faced. First they did not write my handset problems properly for example, they write my above issues only as blur camera and in remarks they write blur camera and charging problems. When i asked they told me that we will see these problems don't worry. Second they do not write my deposit handset under warranty on bill (job sheet) but orally said that your camera and other problems will be repaired under warranty but for back body that was damaged by me i have to pay Rs. 600 (approx amount) and the same body part on maxbhi.com at Rs 359 only with free home delivery. I have a faith on Micro max that is why i had purchased this handset (Made In India) but How you treating your customer with giving no satisfying solution on calls and visits to care, i am strongly disappointed. I belongs to Rohtak city and a single visit to Bhiwani is very costly for me. I hope that you understand my problem and give a guaranteed solution as soon as possible.

                                    I have raised complaint on TV damage on August 16. Technician came to my home on 19th August and took the details. I got a call by 3rd week of August stating that the replacement has been approved. I am yet to get a timeline and update on the replacement details. Local service center dealer tells me that there is no clarity on when the replacement will happen (latest update as on 16 Nov).

                                    Called AP/T service head Mr Jani ([protected]) but he is not cooperative and does want to share update on my complaint.

                                    It has been 3 months and still not clarity and update on my complaint.

                                    Need full refund of my purchase amount as I dont feel I will get a replacement from Micromax any longer.

                                        Is this your service to customer?

                                        if you are not able to give service then why you are making this type of set ( where parts are not available for 45 days).

                                        45 days is not a small time, sir/madam
