Very Bad experience after buy the Micro-max AC product.
I purchase the Inverter AC Micromax for 26 Jan 2024 with 5-5 years PCB card and Compressor. 6th June 2025 my AC show F6 error show in the screen and not cooling the AC.
When we find the online compliant no and call then my register number does not connect the Micromax customer care. we use another mobile number then connect and provide the service person Jatin Kapoor contact number but we try to Jatin, he say please share the bill detail and model number. we share but then no response from Jatin Kapoor ([protected]) side we regular follow-ups through whats-up number and call (even single day 100 time call lots of day) but no single reply.
we compliant mail send to Vikas Tapper (Company most valuable person) but same process no reply, & again call to customer care same no reply and we understand this company product is very cheep and same working this company process:=
1st when any customer buy the Micromax Product and provide the mobile no for registration purpose, Company block the reg,. mobile no in customer care contact list inside then customer not raise the complaint.
2nd if customer any other contact no use and try to raise the complaint then share the service person number - which one (Jatin Kapoor [protected]) no pick the phone or response the customer).
we lot of try again and again the Micromax customer care no then revert we arrange the call but no revert any single call.
Today 24th June and yesterday we repair the AC outside engineer.
Finally, we take the diction Micromax is a cheat company and after sale they are no provide the any service and pick the phone any customer compliant.in further we will not buy this cheep company (Micromax) product and no recommended for our known to buy Micormax co. product.
