On 18th october i paid 500 in advance for a new touch panel. On 19th october i submitted my micromax a77 canvas juice in the snd enterprise, tilak nagar, delhi center for changing the display, they took rs. 1050 from me and gave the phone with a defective touch panel with keys misbehaving and not responding, from that day i have been complaining to get a new display and they just delayed it saying "plz, call again tomorrow". 4th noember, the day they gave me a new display it had scratches all over it and said it was a new one, i refused to accept it and asked my money back. After a series of heated arguments they gave me the money with the defective panel again on tue phone screen. Since then my phone is not working, it switches off randomly and even the headphone jack isn't working, they changed the display in 5 minutes, isn't that fishy? I want you guys to repair the damages you have caused to my phone or this matter is going to the consumer court, and trust me, i'm serious about it. This phone is my daily driver and i am facing a lot of problems without it. Was this information helpful? | |||
