Dear micromax I would like your attention on subjected issue. it is very serious feedback on your product as mentioned below. You have made a worst phone canvas spark - (q380) I purchased this mobile on snap deal sale in july_2015 suddenly within two months phone shutdown i submitted to micromax centre at sector 35 chandigarh, they given me back after few days but it’s not working good they had some software issue. Model: q380 M_imei: [protected] Ean no:[protected] Sn: v[protected] I faced this problem approximately 5-6 times and i always gave to same customer care. so last time i told him from last year approx 5 months mobile was in repairing and its with your. I need replacement with fresh otherwise i am going file a case against wrong product supplied in market. apart of that i will be charge you the harassment also.
