Micromax Informatics — mobile given back disorganized and not properly assembled | |||||
I had power button issue in my yureka yu 5510.. & gave mobile to micromax service center rourkela for repair but after getting my phone, using my phone for 1hour i got to know that, my complete phone was in shambles.. When open the back cover screw came out not single one screw was properly tighten i have to manualy tighten them up. Whole mobile was disorganized & not properly reassembled.. Moreover there was volume key not being working. No testing was done before handing over mobile to me... When notifying them about the above said issue they simply react abrasively.. Simply shrug off the issue saying they can`t do anything not also properly reassembling it.. Moreover they also dont allow me to click image of the paper in which detail of service maintenace provided was given... Its simply blot on the belief of the customer that stood with micromax.. Such big brand being put negative impression by these customer service represantative.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
