Micromax Informatics — Mobile not received yet from service center from last 2 months my mobile. | |||||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I have given my mobile micromax canvas Xpress2 for screen replacement on 26 dec 2015 in M/S Mobile seva in bangalore which is the authorised service center. Till now they have not return it back. when ever i am calling then they are saying that you will get the mobile after 10 days. Its already been 60 days they have kept the mobile with them. They are always saying the the mobile has been sent to the head office which will take atleast 10 days to come back. But its already more than 60 days gone. I am completely fed up with this type of service of micromax. Please help me out on this or at least suggest me what to do.
