Micromax Informatics — no satisfactory resolution or response regarding faulty product after sale | |||
Sir, I let you know that i have purchased a micromax 32tsd6150fhd 81 cm (32) full hd led tv as on 16.10.2016 online on snapdeal platform with 2 years extended warranty. I faced problem regarding display in my said led tv on 02.05.2017 and lodged a complain to service centre but neither any technician had visited nor any call had been assigned. By-the-way my that problem was resolved automatically after sometime. 2. Second time i faced the same problem regarding dispay on 22.07.2017 and lodged a new complain on 24.07.2017 but this time also none visited my house even i had to bring my tv to their service centre on 27.07.2017 and bring back to my house on 10.08.2017 with no satisfactory resolution of my problem as the said tv has again the same problem regarding display i. E. No picture and sound at all. If i complain no body response satisfactory. 3. I want to say only one thing i want my tv to be replaced as it is a faulty products that have been sold to me. This is a brand which went to disfunction three times within 9 months. 4. Sir, you are requested to arrange to resolve my issue.
