Micromax Informatics — Regarding replace mobile micromax eg111 | |||
Respected sir, our micromax mobile eg111 submit in authorize service station in nagpur (Alraza mobile service center) on 08/12/2015. Till date no anny response on phone of service center, i visit five to six times but counter staff not gave to me sufficient answer. My mobile in under warranty. Anny mobile number of service station not responding, and counter staff behivier very roode, i request you please solve my problem as soon as possible. My job sheet no. W[protected], date - 08/12/2015 We send many mails and call to customer care but not any response or sufisient answer to me. I realy harassment from micromax. Please solve my problem and take action against service station for rudge behavior, otherwise i am going in consumer forum for legal action.
