Micromax Informatics — Replacement of my micromax mobile eg111 | |||||
Respected sir, our micromax mobile eg111 submit in authorize service station in nagpur (Alraza mobile service center) on 08/12/2015.On first time, service station charge to me 1800 rs for screen and touch repair in under warranty period but they are not sucssess, so i re-submit mobile and make a jobsheet on 08/12/2015. Till date no anny response on phone of service center, i visit five to tenth or more times but counter staff not gave to me sufficient answer . My mobile in under warranty .They say in under prossess. Any mobile number of service station not responding, and counter staff behivier is very rudge, i request you please solve my problem as soon as possible. My job sheet no. W[protected], date- 08/12/2015 We send many mails and call to customer care but not any response or sufisient answer to me. I realy harassment from micromax. Micromax care not provide any information regarding of replacement. Please solve my problem and take action against service station for rudge behavior and solve my problem . I am face a problem from last four month. After three month i received my mobile but in three days i face same problem in mobile. Mobile screen not repair by service station so i re submit my mobile in service station on 15/03/2016. Service station gave me anathor jobsheet . We say service station person for made job sheet for replacement. My another job sheet number is w[protected], date- 15/03/2016 Service station and customer care not proper guide to me for replacement of my mobile. I realize service station gave to me a normal job sheet. So i request you please iform me and replace my mobile as soon as possible. And take action agains rudge behavior of service station person. We realy tired by micromax informatics ltd., please put the request for replace my mobile as soon as possible. (I want to replacement of my micromax mobile model eg111, because, i face problem from last four month and my product is in under waranty, i submit my mobile four times in service station in waranty period, so i want replacemen.)
