Micromax Informatics — Smartphone-worst experience | |||||
Hi, I have purchased Micromax canvas tube A118R on July 2016, through amazon. From the day 1 the product is having problem. When we judge the handset is having problem it crossed 10 days. We didnot get replacement product for that. We have serviced that set twice in 6 month. Again it caused problem now. Motherboard itself need to replace. Vellore service center asked us to wait for one month to replace the mother board. We have not get spare mobile to use during the one month waiting. One more handset which is purchased during 2013 March. Micromax canvas. That is also having problem now. Customer service telling that handset parts are no more available to replace which is not in production. We are all purchasing Micromax products only. But we are having very bitter experience now a days. We about to switch to any other good company like lenova/oppo/vivo because of your worst customer service. We expect mobile replacement for the 6 month old phone which is under warranty. The other handset which we spend 20, 000 for purchase. In 2 years the product parts not available mean we not able to use at all. We dont have guarantee now if we spend 40, 000 also for one mobile, it may be useless in one year if its mircromax. We suppose to approach consumer court for the duplicate products you sending in online market. Final try is this complaint and next one is approaching consumer court for your online fraud and amazon linked with you in selling duplicate/faulty products Was this information helpful? | |||||
