Micromax Informatics — Tablet/ complain against micromax authorised service centre

I have submited my fun book tablet for repairing purpose in the Micromax Authorised service Centre but due to some problem i didnt visted the service centre but after few months i have gone to service centre but they told me that we dont have your tablet it is lost so we can not give you your tablet...
