Sir, myself abhishek bhardwaj My led tv is dead from 30 dec 2018. I have already done a complaint regarding their repair vide ref. No.[protected] dated 31 dec 18 and ref no.[protected] dated 07 jan 19. It has already paseed 26 days still no progress for repair. My references has been allotted to your service centre ce - shree services, mumbai. When i called service centre, they replied that they are waiting for part of tv and its delayed from company side. After that i send a mail to company regarding this issues (Ticket no. 986053) then company did not contact me regarding this. Till the date no technician has been come to my home for visit.
